Tedd Snyder, MBB, ASQ-CQE  Tedd Snyder is the lead Lean Six Sigma instructor and consultant at RG Freeman Group LLC. Tedd has 30 years of experience with excellence approaches including Six Sigma, Lean, Lean Six Sigma, the Baldrige Excellence Framework, and the Deming Prize.

Tedd worked as a Master Black Belt with industry leaders the George Group (now Accenture), and Global Productivity Solutions providing training and coaching to over a 1200 Black Belts, Green Belts, Executives, and Sponsors in the US, Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Australia, Brazil, Mexico, England, and Germany. Tedd is currently partnering with the Business Services divisions of three Wisconsin technical colleges.

Tedd has deployed excellence strategies and implemented improvements in the service, health care, manufacturing, education, financial, utility, and public sectors with organizations ranging from small manufacturers and long term care facilities to multinational corporations and the Armed Forces.

Tedd was certified as a Statistical Application Expert (Black Belt) at Deming Prize award winner Florida Power & Light and later in 1991 as an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer. He began his career by being selected for General Dynamics Electric Boat Division's Management Development Program.

Tedd is an alumnus examiner for the Baldrige Program, serving since 2007, and has served as an examiner, team leader, and judge with the Wisconsin Forward Award since it began in 1998. He is also on the Judges Panel with Washington state. Tedd has assisted with program administration in Wisconsin and Washington. Tedd also serves as a Master Examiner for AHCA.

Tedd has a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Manufacturing Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin in Madison.
